By law, all wine deliveries or pick ups require a signature by a person over the age of 21. This agreement is valid for four (4) shipments. Prices listed may vary, sales tax not included. If order is not picked up within 30 days of the release date, shipping charges will be applied to membership account and product will be shipped to the listed shipped address. Cancellations are required to be submitted in writing at least one week prior to billing date. Canceling prior to the first four (4) shipments will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
