By law, all wine deliveries or pick-ups require a signature by a person over the age of 21. This agreement is valid for 4 shipments. After that time, if I decide to opt our of the wine club, I can contact the winery to cancel the membership. I understand that if I do not pick up my wine club shipment within 30 days of the release date, I will be charged for the cost of shipping the wine.
